I’m David Clark Lee. For more than ten years I’ve coordinated sales, media buys, marketing campaigns, busy offices, and tested the software that makes them tick. These days I also build my own AI tools with Claude to make work faster.

I found a critical dashboard hiding in plain sight.
The EOD deadline panic, the report someone rebuilt by hand every week, the commercial break structure costing the company thousands.
At WWAY I found partner dashboards that ended the end-of-day deadline scramble for traffic instructions for our largest media-aggregation client.

At IVP Forest Products I worked with our inventory database developers to automate manual reporting. Creating that new report eliminated more than 300 manual hours and gave back 7 full weeks of staff time.
A fix only sticks if the next person can run it.
When WideOrbit's break schema was quietly losing the company revenue, I traced the cause and wrote up the fix.
I rewrite the SOP, the training manual, or the whitepaper, and I’m happy to lead the in-person training too.

Lectern rebuilt as a Skill. I’m fixing the last bugs (where Claude skips qualifying questions), and working out how to find an easier way to get detailed YouTube transcriptions, as Google Notebook has a bad habit of paraphrasing or even ignoring content.

Research turned into a clear visual story.
An explainer on New York’s and California’s 3D printer blocking mandates: the physics, the legal twist, why file scanning fails, and who benefits. I used AI to help research various articles found on the Consumer Rights Wiki, then Claude structured the information into a slide deck. I then used Claude Design to add additional polish, before downloading it into PowerPoint, and adding the final touches myself.

- Media buys: Processed national buys for five broadcast networks, ~$2M a year, with our national partner agency.
- Makegoods: Researched inventory across data platforms to build makegood offers that landed.
- Dashboards: Found partner dashboards that ended end-of-day inquiries from other departments.
- Root cause: Traced lost revenue to hidden, schema-bound WideOrbit behavior and wrote a 7-page whitepaper on the fix.

- Certification platform: Wrote end-to-end test steps for ten cloned modules on the American Board of Surgery’s national platform and documented the bugs.
- Data migration: Checked legacy report data against several builds, then smoke tested a module that had to go live ahead of certification deadlines.
- Reporting: Presented three reports to the client in a virtual meeting.
